Leo Hwang is the CEO of YMS Development and director of the Parkview Group. Leo was a key director for the relaunch of Atlas Bar in the family owned Parkview Square in Singapore. Atlas Bar now ranks 4th in World’s 50 Best Bars Award 2020.

In 2010, he spearheaded the development of the multi-award-winning environmentally friendly Parkview Green FangCaoDi in Beijing a large-scale mixed-use development. The 200,000 sqm Parkview Green in Beijing, was the first mixed use development in China to be awarded the LEED Platinum Certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) in 2009 and Asia’s first LEED Dynamic Plaque in 2017. Prior to Parkview Green, Leo was working on Battersea Power Station in London from 1999 until 2007 when the project was sold. It was one of the largest mixed use urban regeneration developments in Europe. Leo graduated in London after completing his studies in film and video production.

Maurice is currently the CFO of YMS Development and COO of Rockpool Capital Limited. Previously, he was a Vice-President at J.P.Morgan Private Bank within the investment team. He advised and managed over US$1bn in client assets focusing on equities, fixed income and alternative assets covering clients from China, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. Before joining J.P.Morgan, Maurice was a Director within a Hong Kong multi-family office managing discretionary investment mandates for clients. He also sourced and negotiated off-market investment opportunities within the venture capital and global real estate sectors.

Prior to moving to Asia in 2004, Maurice worked in real estate finance, covering New York and other major metropolitan areas of the US Eastern seaboard. Maurice also has experience investing in and advising start-ups across a wide range of sectors. Maurice graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Economics and International Relations.

Alexander Wong is now a Co-Chairman of Parkview International, a Director of Chyau Fwu Development (Singapore) Pte. Limited, a General Manager of Beijing Chyau Fwu Properties Company Limited, a Director of The Pacific Cigar Company and a Director of Lai Sun Dining.

He is keen on participating in arts, education and sports public activities. Mr. Wong established a new arts organization “Parkview Arts Action”, aimed to harness the transformative power of art to raise awareness of critical environmental issues and inspire change among global communities. Mr Alexander Wong graduated from University College London with a Bachelor Degree of Human Geography in 1999.

Vicky Hwang is the Chief Executive Officer for Chyau Fwu Wine & Spirits in Singapore – the company that conceptualized, developed and operates the global award-winning ATLAS Grand Lobby and Bar in the iconic Singapore landmark, Parkview Square. ATLAS has made the World’s 50 Best Bar list every year since its opening in 2017, with the latest ranking as the 4th Best Bar in the World in 2020.

Prior to moving to Singapore, Vicky oversaw the redevelopment of a 93 acre 12th century French estate, 144km outside of Paris. She is also Vice President of Parkview International London supporting the company’s operations worldwide including top-end residential and hotel developments. As Leasing Director of the Battersea Power Station, she was instrumental in the sale of the iconic project in 2006. Vicky, was born in the US and raised in Hong Kong. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in the US with a stint in the UK.
